Great experience!! Evan, my service Rep was fantastic. He was able to squeeze me in quickly after an unfortunate nail in one of my rear tires. Upon showing up he saw that there was 3 recall items necessary. was able to squeeze me in quickly after an unfortunate nail in one of my rear tires. Upon showing up he saw that there was 3 recall items necessary. He was able to schedule the completion of the recalls, replacement of tires & supplied me me with a loaner car, all last minute. Out of area purchaser of a new 2021 Porsche Macan GTS - Very satisfactory experience. The dealership had a vehicle equipped as desired at a price that I was willing to pay. It is rare that a dealer would willingly offer a desireable new vehicle without askiing for additional dealer markup. After flying in from out of the area I was picked up at the airport by the sales associate whom I had been dealing with via text and telephone. The sales associate as well as the finance officer were pleasant to deal with and very efficient. The vehicle was delivered properly prepared and full of fuel for my return trip home. This is the third Porsche that I have purchased from a Porsche dealer where I flew in to complete the purchase, take delivery and drive home. Porsche of Newport Beach is highly recommended. More
