Sold me a vehicle (with CPO) advertised with features it did not have… requiring a VTS swap to accommodate the 3G to 4G network upgrade that was part of an active PCNA Warranty campaign. They refused to fix at their expense and refused to work with Porsche Cars North America to agree to honor the active warranty campaign that was applicable to the model and refused to follow up on any of the aforementioned. Clearly the support ends the minute you sign the purchase agreement. What a joke! I cannot recommend Porsche and Porsche Newport Beach as they do not honor the warranty… even technical service issues they specified should be repaired under warranty .. even ones PCNA specifies are applicable to your model. More
