I appreciate how quick the check-in process was when I dropped off my car for service. They’re able to make a diagnosis relatively quick and kept the car for three days. Overall happy with the service that was performed on my car. However, I am somewhat disappointed about the attention to detail when it came to returning the car to me. The car was allegedly washed, however when I received it, there was more dirt on the windows than when I dropped it off. Now I get to pay for a more expensive detail to make sure there are no dirt particles bleeding into my paint protection film.Also, the compartment in the front of my vehicle that housed my tire repair tools was left open with the contents spilled out in the boot. More
