I made an inquiry on-line regarding a pre-owned vehicle, Jun called me back within 10 minutes and we made an appointment to meet the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by the stuff a Jun called me back within 10 minutes and we made an appointment to meet the next day. He showed us he vehicle we were interested in seeing and its features and left us to investigate and inspect checking back occasionally to address any questions we had. Once we were ready, Jun arranged to quickly get the vehicle moved out of the show room so we could test drive. Once the test drive was completed Jun quickly answered the questions I had regarding the vehicle history. Once we decided to begin purchase process, it was a very straightforward pleasant process as this dealership is “one price” shop. All the staff were all very helpful and efficient.
