After providing some standard details about my current vehicle, John sent me a fair trade-in estimate and financing quote options towards the pre-owned BMW I was interested in purchasing. John had the car ready for me to test drive before my trip down from the peninsula, and the entire process was very no-pressure from start to finish. I appreciated John's relaxed vibe throughout, which made the process not feel as transactional as car shopping often feels like. Full stop, this was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Despite the fact that I was at a Porsche dealer, at no time did John pressure me into any other vehicle on their lot (though, how could you not want a 911). In spite of driving away with an amazing BMW, I know I will be returning in years time to go through this same process again, but for my first Porsche. Thanks again John! More
