While the sales team did a great job selling the car to us the customer service after the purchase SUCKS!!!! The Service Dept plays games when you have an issue with your car and all of a sudden they want us the customer service after the purchase SUCKS!!!! The Service Dept plays games when you have an issue with your car and all of a sudden they want to charge you just to diagnose the problem and then claim that whatever is wrong with your car is NOT under warranty. It takes a week for PORSCHE corporate to get back to you with any clarification or assistance. I definitely recommend that when you are in the market for a luxury vehicle you look elsewhere and find out the track record of the Service Dept. because how you get treated after the sale is so much more important then just the sale. PORSCHE just lost a customer. More
