Porsche Monmouth in West Long Branch NJ is where you want to buy a new or used vehicle and they have more than just Porsche if you are looking for something else! It was quick and such a wonderful buying experience! Buying a car can be so stressful and I have to say this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everyone made me feel so special and like I belonged there just as much as anyone buying a 250k vehicle! If you visit them see Daniel Jenkins @danielatporsche and tell him I sent you! As a business owner myself, I usually avoid writing negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, as I’ve been completely let down by negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, as I’ve been completely let down by this dealership. Dishonesty starts from the very top with their General Manager, Patrick Houser. He creates a culture of pushy sales tactics into his sales management (Jason Deileo), staff (Nick Rocco), orchestrates shady finance contracts with the Finance Department These shady practices include being Forced to buy unwanted dealer added accessories and products, junk fees and egregious finance rate mark ups, over inflated pricing, store enforced requirements to purchase several vehicles to obtain higher models or trims i’ve purchased three vehicles from them, each time being promised that I would eventually earn the opportunity to purchase a specific vehicle. Unfortunately, these promises were nothing more than empty words, and I’ve been strung along without any regard for my time or trust. What’s even more troubling is the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. The general manager, Pat, and my salesperson, Nick, have both repeatedly ignored my calls, only responding when it’s convenient for them. When I’ve managed to get their attention to address my concerns, I was told that there are “more valuable” customers who spend more money than I do. As a passionate car and Porsche enthusiast, this experience has soured everything for me. I write this review in the hopes that no one else will have to endure the same empty promises and unethical practices. More
