I’m always treated like they have no time, rushed and processed. Mistakes happen and they don’t listen well. They are stressed and have no time for great customer service. It comes across rude. I don’t own a Honda or Kia, I own a Porsche and expect better from a dealership. Luckily there are options in the bay for me to go to as it is unlikely I’ll come to this location again. More
