I really appreciate Wes my service advisor who just went out of his way to accommodate my needs! Excellent customer service is key and he’s the reason I would return. Also appreciate the car wash and the convenience of using Lyft. In the past there were issues with not having a loaner/transport mode available and using Lyft is a good alternative. I also like that the service dept is geared only towards Porsche and doesn’t combine Audi/Porsche service. More

I brought my vehicle in for a few factory recalls. Harrison greeted me very kindly before taking my keys and I felt very safe and comfortable being assisted by Weis. Weis is professional, thoughtful, and perceived the right amount of communication for our interaction. I did not feel any pressure on an up sale beyond the recall, although if I didn't already have a mechanic I like and trust, I would probably have taken Weis up on sensible maintenance ideas which are already part of my routine. Weis provided me with a lift to my office in San Rafael then home to Petaluma. The whole dealership took stellar care of me. He gave me a realistic and I thought likely to be delayed time estimate of Friday, having brought the car in on a Tuesday, and it was ready on Wednesday. I also ran into another old friend, Ivy, and I know her well enough that when we checked in, I got the feeling that working for this dealership was a healthy and industrious environment for everyone involved. I didn't get to meet the mechanics but my vehicle is running better than ever and after this experience, I feel a little foolish that I hadn't acted sooner on the recall. My fuel economy is at an all-time high, seriously. I am getting 6 more miles to the gallon. Keep up the great work, Weis, Harrison, Ivy, and the technician and sales teams, and I look forward to our next collaboration! They offered an optimal experience and I feel lucky they exist.- Chris More
Service manager, Almina Redzic was pleasant efficient and very responsive. She was ready when my car was delivered for service, accurately estimated the cost of the repair and then, after a diagnostic recomm very responsive. The car was finished in the timeframe estimated, and the cost was exactly what she said it would be. Her congeniality and consummate professionalism were greatly appreciated as always.
