Poor communication about what is being done to the vehicle and what the charges will be, was told initially that it would be covered by warranty and after 10 days without a loaner vehicle they said co vehicle and what the charges will be, was told initially that it would be covered by warranty and after 10 days without a loaner vehicle they said come get the vehicle they could not find the issue and I would have to pay for the mechanics time because the warranty doesn’t cover the visit if the don’t replace any parts. The dealership should have conveyed this at first and arranged a loaner car as they kept the car for 10 days! Not happy with this dealership and it’s where I purchased 2 cars, not great. More

Excellent overall service, the car had a serious leak in the cooling systemand the transfer had failed, both issues were taken care and the car drives perfectly well again. The repair took 3+ days longer because the technician assigned to the job couldn’t figure out the reassembly of the convertible top, it would not latch or unlatch.
