Drop off my 2014 Cayenne for a recall campaign on a Tuesday morning. This is my first time visiting this dealer as I brought my car used from out of town. Marin Porsche gave me a 2020 Mecan as a loane Tuesday morning. This is my first time visiting this dealer as I brought my car used from out of town. Got a text in the afternoon when my car was ready. Again in and out less than 5 minutes! I got the car back with inside and outside cleaned. Easy transaction and very well done at this dealer. Because of changes in my personal status I connected the sales contact I purchased the Turbo S, explained I wanted to trade in the S on a Cayenne Turbo and he and the sales management team made it happen. When questioned to explain, he becomes arrogant and insulting, and contradicts his own staff. NEVER NEVER NEVER take your car there for service, unless you enjoy being ripped off. More
