Their online appointment system has somehow lost my appointment, but they made room to take my car anyway. I had had a flat tire on the way to the dealership that morning, which required the replacemen appointment, but they made room to take my car anyway. I had had a flat tire on the way to the dealership that morning, which required the replacement of tires, and they needed to keep my car for a couple of days. They gave me a loaner car which had not been reserved for me in advance. And then got my car back to me the whole day before expected.
