Porsche Littleton had a car that I liked and ended up buying. The salesman sounded very knowledgeable about Porsches. He also did not maintain control during the transaction and they did not credit my $2500 deposit against the sales price! I had to discover it and demand a refund. This customer “service” on a $200,000+ car. Still waiting 3 days later when I called and left messages with the finance person (and emails to my salesman) wondering where my title work is. Fortunately, the front desk person (Bella) saved the day and I could get my car registered before a two month trip. The automated phone answering system needs a refresh-messages left are never returned. Business must be too good for management to care about making customers happy… More
This dealership blatantly lied to me about persistent issues within the Porsche lineup and I am now stuck with a vehicle that I couldn’t hate more and I owned a Dodge so that’s saying something. I had issues within the Porsche lineup and I am now stuck with a vehicle that I couldn’t hate more and I owned a Dodge so that’s saying something. I had expressed concern and reluctance to the dealership on buying a Porsche in the first place because my husband had been encountering a number of issues with his Audi, but the dealership insisted that none of those issues were present in the Porsche. Not only was that a blatant lie, but I’ve encountered more issues in this vehicle than I have in any other vehicle that I’ve ever owned. Then, after I had signed all of the documentation locking me into this vehicle, the district manager thought it would be funny to joke about the issues that I had brought up as a concern and said that they were known issues and all of the salesman and him had a good laugh about my concerns. Later when I brought up this discussion, they acted like it never happened and I was making it up, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I have only owned My Porsche for just about two months, but within the first month, it was in the service shop over four times and each time the service shop basically called me a liar, even though I showed them video evidence and photographic evidence of all of the issues that was happening within the vehicle. I have basically given up on having any kind of enjoyment with this vehicle. It’s absolute trash and the dealership knows it and they lied to me about everything along the way just to get me to sign. Something that my salesman actually specifically told me was that they were hurting for sales and that they really needed this sale and that if I did buy the vehicle, I would help the sales manager and him meet their bonus so I can only assume they lied to me just to get me to buy the vehicle because they wanted to make their bonus. Also, I was impressed the team turned around my project quickly, and so I could the car home before a snowstorm hit town. Burke went over everything with me both in person at the car but also while addressing the invoicing payment at his desk. I had a few questions about some potential preventative maintenance items to do down the road which we fully addressed for me immediately with a plan now in place if/when needed. The staff members who were involved in my intake and pick up processes were also excellent to work with. More
I had to bring in my Porsche Cayenne for the 2 year inspection. Geoff Shilling and his team were courteous, communicative, and honest. I felt a white glove service from start to finish including just t inspection. Geoff Shilling and his team were courteous, communicative, and honest. I felt a white glove service from start to finish including just the logistics of dropping the car off and picking it up. I received a thorough video about the vehicle and there was not the scummy dealer upsell for things that I don't really need. In fact, I was told that my vehicle was in excellent shape. I will only be having my vehicle serviced at Porsche Littleton with Geoff moving forward. More
I have gone to Porsche Littleton for 8 years now. They have taken very good care of my vehicles. They keep you up to date with the progress and contact you when issues that are unexpected arise.
