When signing papers I asked if total included price of car, taxes and title & registration. Sales manage did not go over invoice line by line as I assumed the only items were the above. Later noticed buried in the middle an "optional ERT fee" of $25 and a "documentary service an filing fee*" of $169. There is an * after the fee which says that no more than _____ can be added to price for dealer cost and overhead, the _____ is not filled in. $169 is obviously more than zero. What is an "ERT fee" and why is it "optional"? In my opinion Loeber snuck in nearly $200 of unexplained and improper charges. My bad for trusting a used car salesman, even at a supposedly high-end dealership. More

I would never go to this dealer again and mostly will never ever recommend it at all. The funny thing about all this is that I went to three different Porsche dealers here in Illinois ( Orland Park, Westmont) and all of them treated me like I didn't belong there or I was not supposed to own a Porsche even when I have owned vehicles of higher value than that and also earning six figures. Beware of this dealership. I bought a CPO Cayenne Turbo from them and have regretted it ever since. This dealership is awful. The employees are rude and the stealership refuses to cover most repairs even t from them and have regretted it ever since. This dealership is awful. Well luxury purchase has no advantage over "Joe Used Car Saleman" at least at this dealership. Purchased a CPO 911 and then was told valet key was missing and Porsche does not make them. Not true, I research from another dealer, then was told for the price I received 2 keys are adequate. Also never received nav manuel. Price was good but you would hope such small items and attention to detail would be customary especially from Porsche. So beware not to sign that "I owe you nothing" form until you have evrything even if as mundane as a car manuel. And Porsche of NA was no help when I tried the customer 800 number. More
