From the start he was very courteous and listened to all my questions and concerns with purchasing a vehicle so far away from my home. He thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process of the purchase. Charles also went out of his way to send records along with taking almost 50 additional close up photos of the vehicle which gave me even more confidence and trust that the vehicle was as nice and well taken care of as he expressed to me over the phone. When I made my decision and funds were exchanged paper works was promptly send and returned along with shipping arrangements for my vehicle.
