Purchased a new Porsche 911 and the issues with the service started almost from the jump. We were buying from Texas and there were communication issues with both the sales team and finance - none of t service started almost from the jump. They were unresponsive and generally unhelpful. I received my car the first week in February and when it came off the truck the battery was dead and the check engine light was on. I took it to the Dallas Porsche dealership where they identified an issue with the coolant and the oil. They had it for 2-3 days. I bring it home and drive it once to the gym and park it for a few days. When I start the car again the check engine light is on and the oil is at 37%. I take it back to the dealership and they have to replace the oil line and the turbos - I was supposed to pick it up a week later but then they couldn't get the oil issue fixed so now they want to replace the actuator. I call Sayed - the sales manager and Lehigh and he tells me he will do me a "favor" and file a case. But when I asked them to do more he told me it was essentially my car and my problem. No apologies, no offer to help beyond the "favor", just totally useless. Now I am almost 6 weeks in - I have driven the car less than 40 miles and two of the trips were to the dealership. Porsche Le High has done exactly nothing to help. $180k on a brand new car that has spent 3/4 of its time in the shop. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't go here to buy a car - they do not give a xxxx about their customers - they want the money and will not lift a finger to keep your business. More
