You would expect to walk in a Porsche dealership and have a more refined experience with the salesman than other places, but to me this was as unpleasant as can be, this guy was rude, very inappropriate, and simply doesn't belong there. Walked out with a terrible experience and with no intention to go back. More

Purchase of CPO Porsche 911 Targa 4S 2015 Was fortunate to walk into the Porsche of Larchmont dealership at the perfect time. Turned out they had just taken in a 2015 Targa 4S with some 20k miles on the meter which was literally on the lift going through he CPO process. I'd have settled for a convertible knowing Targas are rare in the CPO market but Ross give me a first mover advantage vs. a list of other purchaser. We came back the following day to make sure the kids actually would fit in the "back seat" and of course we all loved the car after taking it out for a drive! By far the worst part of the process is when you arrive at the dreaded finance desk. Even when one is more than qualified for a loan or lease, invariably one's last experience at a dealership is the worst - paying. Not so at Porsche Larchmont. As with the best of hotel companies when one encounters Jon you actually feel great about paying for a world class product because of the hospitable approach. The recipe seems simple, but it's often illusive at dealerships (and historically, Porsche dealerships) - be nice, accommodating and efficient when someone is giving you their money. Jon is as good as they get - a fantastic balance of knowledge, advocacy for his dealership but also the customer, and, efficiency. In the best sense, Jon is a closer and will get you on your way.
