They Lied When you spend $150,000 on a car you want it to be right. Special kudos to my Sales Associate, John Schaefer, who treated me like a family member and not a client. My initial inquiries were made online. Every question, concern and uncertainty I expressed was handled thoroughly, promptly and professionally. His knowledge of the Boxster was superb. He was also influential in securing both a selling price from his Sales Manager that fit my budget as well as a terrific trade-in price for my Corvette. I would not have been able to purchase this wonderful car without his efforts on my behalf. It should be noted that no other Porsche dealer in the entire state of Florida even approached Brumos' selling price or trade evaluation. When my wife and I arrived at Brumos to complete the transaction and take possession of the Boxster, we were treated like honored guests. John Schaefer guided us through the requisite paperwork, reviewed and explained the various booklets, manuals and warranty documents included with the car in great detail. As the sales agreement, registration and other documents were being prepared by the finance office, he was kind enough to chauffer us to a local restaurant as we missed lunch whilst travelling from Tallahassee to Jacksonville. After returning following lunch and signing the requisite documents, John then went over every aspect of the Boxster's operation from front to back and inside to outside more thoroughly than I have ever experienced when purchasing a car. Only when he was certain I felt comfortable and had no questions did we depart for home. Included in the sale was an invitation to the Brumos Driving Experience (a driving school exclusively for Porsche owners taught by professional race driver Hurley Haywood) and a gratis membership in the Porsche Club of America. I came in at our scheduled time but when I arrived, I was told that he was busy. I was told that another salesman (Roger?) would be with me shortly. But he never appeared either. I was the only customer there, but after waiting an astonishing 50 minutes with no help or attention at all, I left. My time is valuable as I'm a CPA and I will never waste one more second on Brumos again! Extremely unprofessional! You get better treatment at Ford!! I have now ordered my Cayenne from Porsche of Ocala, who treated with with the utmost of respect. More

I had come into the dealership to buy a 2014 Cayenne GTS as well as look into the new Macan SUV. One test drive of the Macan Turbo was all that it took to make my decision. The Sales Staff at Brumos fairly worked with me in trading in two of my Porsches for the 2015 Macan Turbo. I have to say that from start to finish the whole purchasing experience was fun and pleasing. I would personally recommend John Schaefer to anyone wanting to buy a Porsche. Excessive Tire Wear I had excessive left rear tire wear during my first DE with my new (2014) Cayman S. At Nathans suggestion he did a Cayman R spec alignment with 1.2 d I had excessive left rear tire wear during my first DE with my new (2014) Cayman S. At Nathans suggestion he did a Cayman R spec alignment with 1.2 degrees of negative camber. Last weekend I did another DE at Road Atlanta and both the lateral traction and tire wear were perfect! More
