Horrible customer service My wife spoke to Chris 3 days ago about a used Highlander. She then had 2 additional phone conversations this morning about the vehicle. We drove 2 ho My wife spoke to Chris 3 days ago about a used Highlander. She then had 2 additional phone conversations this morning about the vehicle. We drove 2 hours to see the 2014 Highlander that was still advertised and told was there. Once we were at the dealership Chris said he thought we were there to see a Rav4. When we told him "no" we got a very fake sorry and that the vehicle had sold that morning. Believe it was a lie just to get is on the lot to buy something else. Would not do business with Chris or this dealership. Would have given them no stars, but it won't allow it. More

Great Shopping & Purchase I recently purchased a 911 from Brumos. The entire experience there was outstanding thanks to sales associate Hall Liles. For various reasons, my shop I recently purchased a 911 from Brumos. The entire experience there was outstanding thanks to sales associate Hall Liles. For various reasons, my shopping extended for several months as I test drove several vehicles looking for exactly the right one. Throughout, Hall was both cordial and on-point, great to chat with but also focused on educating me and showing me vehicles that were potentially good fits. I imagine that many sales associates would have given up, but Hall stayed on track until we found the 911 that was exactly right for me. Then, we closed the deal and in a few minutes I drove off the lot. A warm shout-out for manager John Schaefer as well; he was exceeding friendly and helpful throughout and was a welcome guiding hand. For anyone thinking of buying a Porsche: yes, believe the hype. They are superb vehicles, and pros like Hall and John will ensure that everything about the hunt, sale, and ownership is first class. I just bought this one, but when I buy my next 911, hopefully it will be purchased from Hall Liles at Brumos. More
