For various reasons, my shopping extended for several months as I test drove several vehicles looking for exactly the right one. Throughout, Hall was both cordial and on-point, great to chat with but also focused on educating me and showing me vehicles that were potentially good fits. I imagine that many sales associates would have given up, but Hall stayed on track until we found the 911 that was exactly right for me. Then, we closed the deal and in a few minutes I drove off the lot. A warm shout-out for manager John Schaefer as well; he was exceeding friendly and helpful throughout and was a welcome guiding hand. For anyone thinking of buying a Porsche: yes, believe the hype. They are superb vehicles, and pros like Hall and John will ensure that everything about the hunt, sale, and ownership is first class. I just bought this one, but when I buy my next 911, hopefully it will be purchased from Hall Liles at Brumos. More

They Lied When you spend $150,000 on a car you want it to be right. I paid a couple thousand dollars extra to have that warranty and it was as good as Brumos word: worthless. More

Brumos Porsche I have been purchasing autos since 1968. In all that time, I have never had a more pleasurable purchasing experience. Special kudos to my Sales Associate, John Schaefer, who treated me like a family member and not a client. My initial inquiries were made online. Every question, concern and uncertainty I expressed was handled thoroughly, promptly and professionally. His knowledge of the Boxster was superb. He was also influential in securing both a selling price from his Sales Manager that fit my budget as well as a terrific trade-in price for my Corvette. I would not have been able to purchase this wonderful car without his efforts on my behalf. It should be noted that no other Porsche dealer in the entire state of Florida even approached Brumos' selling price or trade evaluation. When my wife and I arrived at Brumos to complete the transaction and take possession of the Boxster, we were treated like honored guests. John Schaefer guided us through the requisite paperwork, reviewed and explained the various booklets, manuals and warranty documents included with the car in great detail. As the sales agreement, registration and other documents were being prepared by the finance office, he was kind enough to chauffer us to a local restaurant as we missed lunch whilst travelling from Tallahassee to Jacksonville. After returning following lunch and signing the requisite documents, John then went over every aspect of the Boxster's operation from front to back and inside to outside more thoroughly than I have ever experienced when purchasing a car. Only when he was certain I felt comfortable and had no questions did we depart for home. Included in the sale was an invitation to the Brumos Driving Experience (a driving school exclusively for Porsche owners taught by professional race driver Hurley Haywood) and a gratis membership in the Porsche Club of America. I do NOT recommend Brumos Porsche! I talked with Sales Manager Brandon Starks on the phone about a couple of new Cayennes they have. He asked me to come in to meet with him. I came in at our scheduled time but when I arrived, I was told that he was busy. I was told that another salesman (Roger?) would be with me shortly. But he never appeared either. I was the only customer there, but after waiting an astonishing 50 minutes with no help or attention at all, I left. My time is valuable as I'm a CPA and I will never waste one more second on Brumos again! Extremely unprofessional! You get better treatment at Ford!! I have now ordered my Cayenne from Porsche of Ocala, who treated with with the utmost of respect. More
