Very difficult to get a safety recall done Called in advance (because of a past issue) to insure that the part to perform the service recall was in stock. Made the service appointment and dropp Called in advance (because of a past issue) to insure that the part to perform the service recall was in stock. Made the service appointment and dropped our Macan off. Other maintenance work was done but was told that the part was not in stock and would take two days to come in. Picked up the car and its been over a week and no response from the dealership. Tried to get this recall done last year but again no one ordered the part. Tired of wasting my time dealing with this dealership on this issue. Going back to Chicago to get this work done and considering not taking my Boxster here anymore for service on it. More
Tried to purchase a Porsche 911 Cab but Sales Dept on Break? My attempt to have a sales dept. "Porsche ambassador" as you will call/email me over a week time period appears to be just too much to ask for. After My attempt to have a sales dept. After locating a Porsche 911 Cabriolet at this dealership, I made an internet inquiry for a salesperson to contact me. My initial response was answered by Jaime-internet consultant who stated she would have someone in the sales dept contact me.. After not hearing from anyone for (2) days I contacted Jamie to let her know no one has been in-touch with me. Jaime stated she would reach out to the sales dept. to see what the hold up was. Another day went by and I reached out once again to Jaime and mentioned a sales person still has not been in touch with me. I received a similar response as before "I will contact the sales dept. and see what the hold up is". Well, to no surprise another day passed and again no one reached out to me to answer any of my questions pertaining to the car. At this point being frustrated with what has transpired, I decided to move on a deal with another dealer who would actually value me as a customer. More
