This was very advantageous since my car was at your dealership for about 10-11 days. As a 2nd time Porsche owner I'm not accustomed to having any car at any dealership for this long of a time period. Marguerite kept me informed during this time period as to the status of what was going on with my car. This was very helpful to me in understanding what was transpiring. During this extended time, she also was very helpful in connecting me with other vendors that your dealership uses to perform some aftermarket jobs that I was seeking to have done. She got your detail man to perform a miracle (at least to me) on some glass work for my car. The work that your detail man did made me ecstatic! There were other perks that I benefited from as well by bringing my car to your service department. Alex Chambers did great job in putting a wrap (on the engine bay of my car) and gave me a personal look. Marguerite made me a very satisfied customer when I finally was able to pick up my car. Although I’m closer to the Orlando dealerships, Marguerite’s customer service has earned your dealership my loyalty. Great up to the Delivery I have done business with Brumos (now Fields) Porsche for 6-7 years and purchased 3 vehicles from them. Under the prior ownership, Brumos, everything I have done business with Brumos (now Fields) Porsche for 6-7 years and purchased 3 vehicles from them. Under the prior ownership, Brumos, everything worked smoothly from the start of the transaction to the delivery of the vehicle. This is my first purchase since Fields acquired Brumos. Fields has brought in some new people. Everything started off fairly well, not as smooth as in prior transactions, but overall pretty good. The new Cayenne was delivered in mid January 2020. I live a long distance from the dealership but they put the new vehicle on a flat bed and dropped the vehicle at my front door. Fantastic. But from there, things have not gone well. First, there were 20-25 documents for me to sign. That is fine. I expect to sign docs. But I was told I could not keep any document I signed. The Finance people would mail me copies of the Sales Agreement and other docs. 3 months later, and I am still waiting to receive the docs. I have called 3 times, but nobody has had the courtesy to return the call. I checked with the Receptionist to make sure the people were in the office that day before having to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional. Two, once I started the vehicle after delivery, the Traffic on the Navigation screen would not activate. I called the dealership asking for help. They pleaded ignorance on the topic, but said they would look into this feature and come back to me in a week or so. No call back. I ended up having to spend a bit over 3 weeks back and forth with Porsche Connect to try and get the Traffic feature working (traffic being extremely important when you have thousands of snowbirds in Florida). Porsche Connect ended up having to contact the team in Germany for help. Yes, after 3 months, this feature is now working. The lack of follow up- lack of return calls- lack of paperwork that I am still trying to track down - these things overshadow the initial positives. People might argue that the virus impacted these issues. Quite honestly, all requests were made well before mid February, well before any lock down was implemented. Brumos never had these issues. Fields does... I would pass on a Fields dealership going forward and look elsewhere. They may have gotten too big to care once the sale is done. More
