My service rep, Brittany, has always done a great job in keeping me informed, all three the process. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time that it took about 3 weeks or so for the repairs to be made. Wish they keeping me informed, all three the process. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time that it took about 3 weeks or so for the repairs to be made. Wish they could shorten the process.she really made it easy with no costs towing and delivery of the car back to my home. Well done. More

- Bought a 2021 Porsche Panamera with CPO remotely at Porsche Jacksonville based on pictures and video walk around as well as recommendation for Sales guy Hall Liles - Received the car with hidden damag Porsche Jacksonville based on pictures and video walk around as well as recommendation for Sales guy Hall Liles - Received the car with hidden damage (from scratched window tints to deep scratches from potential parking accident) that was touched up with a paint pen and thus not visible on normal distance pictures and video. - Hail Liles first confirmed "he didn't check the car thoroughly enough before shipment after receiving it from detailer", he promised Porsche Jacksonville will fix the damage and asked for cost estimations. - After receiving the estimates (over 2.5k USD in damages), he now "talked to management" and used a too-far-away-picture say it wasn't us after all, must have been the transport company. - When I brought the car here to a local body shop they said "oh its from the fields group, we heard a lot of not so favorable stories about them" My learning: There is a reason why dealerships have such a bad reputation, my personal experience here confirmed one thing: Never trust what the sales guy is saying and I will stay away from fields group, no matter if they have a Porsche Brand or not. And certainly will not buy remotely and have the car shipped, even from a company with great reviews, this might very well result getting the runaround for (hidden) damages. Really like the service at Jacksonville Porsche, great experience with a quick and tasty breakfast with a very cool view of garage operations and their nice showroom .
