Quality service and good customer experience. My only wish is that Porsche would clarify their service interval names. My car told me it needed an "Interim Service" and when I went to the deale My only wish is that Porsche would clarify their service interval names. My car told me it needed an "Interim Service" and when I went to the dealer they booked me for a 60,000 mile service even though my car had 55,000 miles on it. The rep explained that technically it's a 12 month service and the mileage doesn't really matter. This was confusing to me as a driver/customer and I wish they would be consistent with the naming. For example they could call the service X Months or 60k instead of just 60k. More

'I've been to 3 independent Porsche shops to find out why my check engine light was on my Cayenne Diesel. 7K later and the light still on I called Porsche N.A. to complain. Out of Warranty, I was reluctant to go to a Porsche Dealer due to the perceived notion that I would be over sold and come out with a gigantic bill. I was wrong. From the get-go, I was treated to an all -perfect experience . Tom, my service writer was reassuring and pleasant to work with. The job took a few days but problem solved, the cost was lower than the estimate.. I'm a customer for life. More
My car was in for service recently, had the please working with Jon Lewis, service advisor. He's very professional & thorough in making sure all the issues were fixed & addressed properly. The only slight negative is due to parts and mechanic shortages, repairs beyond regular maintenance may require multiple visits or take over a week. More
