In 2022 I purchased a brand new Porsche Cayenne GTS. At the mileage of 600, I began to notice interior cabin noises. The glass in the drivers door would intermittently rattle, and then a rattle, buzzing At the mileage of 600, I began to notice interior cabin noises. The glass in the drivers door would intermittently rattle, and then a rattle, buzzing noise commenced on the upper console where the plastic components are attached for controlling the sunroof, etc. Then I got a rattle in the front passenger door. I've now been trying to resolve the interior cabin noises for about 1 year and the Cayenne has been in service 3-4x and I've driven to the dealership for at least 3 times for test drives with a service advisor and or foreman and myself to verify the noises, which are independent of the test drives done by Porsche Service when they have the car in service. Most recently the vehicle was in service for two weeks wherein they again addressed the rattle in the doors but ignored the upper console telling me the noise was not able to be reproduced while in the service. That came as a shock to me and a slap in the face when I already did a test drive with Foreman Chris who verbally confirmed he heard the NOISE IN THE UPPER CONSOLE. Thus the noise was already reproduced and verified. After not having my vehicle for 2 weeks I was speechless to learn they did not address the upper console noise issue already verified and confirmed on a test drive. I drove away from the dealership and 10 minutes later the upper console rattling and buzzing ensued; this is after they had replaced a part just 3 weeks before to fix it, however after not having fixed it (actually made it worse) and having my vehicle for two weeks they completely ignored to even attempt to fix it...so I'm back to starting all over with trying to resolve the buzzing rattle in the upper console control center. This is absolute insanity that I buy a brand new $120K+ vehicle and can't even enjoy driving the vehicle because no one is able to resolve the INTERIOR CABIN noise(s). My service advisor is very nice and polite to me, but the time energy, and cost of me repeatedly driving to the dealership for test drives and services is exhausting. I'm an avid Porsche lover and driving Porsches for over 20 years but this is my second Cayenne with interior cabin noises and I am done! Next vehicle I will be switching brands. The Maserati SUV Levante will probably be a consideration because it has one of my all-time favorite features called "variable door stop", which Porsche only implements on the Panamera. Unfortunately interior cabin noises don’t fall under Lemon Law although they should maybe consider making it so since an interior cabin noise can be so distracting it can drive you insane and cause an accident. My brain can only override the interior cabin noise by turning on music and blasting it…but sadly I love driving in silence and giving my brain a break…but I can’t do that in my vehicle or I become traumatized by the fact that I bought a luxury vehicle in the year 2023 and the noises I suffer make me feel like I am in a horse and buggy, albeit the 453hp. Unfortunately interior cabin noises don't fall under Lemon Law however maybe they should since an interior cabin noise can be so distracting that it can drive one insane and cause an accident. When I am being driving insane by the rattles and buzzing sounds I blast my music to try to not think about the problem. I bought a brand new luxury vehicle, built in the year 2022, and insofar as noise, I feel like I am in a horse and buggy, albeit the 453hp. :-( For the record, I luv Jon, he is very professional and polite but somewhere there is a huge disconnect in resolving these issues. Originally, I was told an audio recording was required...so I made audio recordings. Then told it was a video recording, so Jon tried to made video recordings to capture the location of the noises. However, when I did the test drive with Chris, I had him drive so he could not do the recordings...rather told me yes he hears the noises! More

The Irvine location is excellent. Making the appointment was very easy and we got an appointment almost immediately. Dropping off the vehicle was fast even though they were super busy Making the appointment was very easy and we got an appointment almost immediately. Dropping off the vehicle was fast even though they were super busy, Vincent was great and took care of us immediately with out rushing us. There was no waiting around. I accidentally thought I left a set of keys in the car that I needed after it was taken to the garage and Vincent offered to have someone check the car for me. Very nice. Pick up of was equally easy and the car is running great and it's clean! They did a great job. My husband grabbed a coffee in the lobby and it is always well stocked and clean. Very comfortable experience and fun to look at the cars in the showroom while your there. More

Easy to get to this dealership, communicative staff, good experiences all around. I don’t always understand the nuts and bolts about service so having someone who takes the time to explain it all is invaluable. Still a huge amount to pay for service/maintenance, but it helps having someone who knows their stuff, explains it thoroughly, and proactively communicates while the service is being done. More
