Horrible service. Highly unsatisfied. We showed up on time for our scheduled 9am appt that was booked weeks ago. The car wasn't ready till 5:30pm. No communication Highly unsatisfied. We arrive (leaving work early), the lady says she'll let us know when the car is ready, we continue to wait. We see that the car is just sitting there and ask someone randomly who walked by if the car is ready to go. He asked we paid and hands us the key. Car is dirty after they explained they would clean it. We don't expect a detail, but clearly looks half xxx done. Overall terrible experience for an overpriced, simple oil change service. More
