I took my Panamera for a minor service on Wednesday. I was told it will be done by end of day same day. Part they ordered was wrong and they had to reorder. It finally arrived on Friday and I was told my car will be ready before end of same day. After arriving to dealership and doing the final paperwork, they could not find my car!!!!!!!!! I personally looked for my car in the entire dealership and found my car but it did not have my customized license plates. Apparently, someone had thought this is a traded car and removed my customized license plates and frames and put it up for sale! I was lucky I was able to find the actual license plates but they could not find my license plate frames. It was a very very unpleasant experience. More
Appointments for service, even for recall, are not available within reasonable time frame. Car loaner is a challenge to get. Paint on the car was damaged during service. When I was scheduling appointment to fix that, I was told car loaner is not available. Lift Ride was offered from dealership to work and back. I need to be able to leave work and come during the day as well. I do not think it is an appropriate customer service especially considering the damage was done at dealer. More
Oscar Tercero is knowledgeable, thorough and respected my time. I had both my 2004 911 and my 2020 Panamera in for regular service and the communication and overall experience was excellent. My only complaint is the circuitous process to speak with a service advisor. It is necessary to consider technical advice and service history to decide the type and timing of service. Being screened by a "scheduler" is not a good experience and it's an ordeal to connect with a knowledgeable service advisor (like Oscar). More
Horrible service. Highly unsatisfied. We showed up on time for our scheduled 9am appt that was booked weeks ago. The car wasn't ready till 5:30pm. No communication Highly unsatisfied. We showed up on time for our scheduled 9am appt that was booked weeks ago. The car wasn't ready till 5:30pm. No communication when the car would be ready, we had to reach out for updates. We arrive (leaving work early), the lady says she'll let us know when the car is ready, we continue to wait. We see that the car is just sitting there and ask someone randomly who walked by if the car is ready to go. He asked we paid and hands us the key. Car is dirty after they explained they would clean it. We don't expect a detail, but clearly looks half xxx done. Overall terrible experience for an overpriced, simple oil change service. More
