Great service experience on our Macan. It was finished in a short period of time while we waited in the comfortable waiting area (a loaner vehicle was offered). Took my car in for some major repairs. They kept my car for a month due to insurance approvals and waiting for parts. Unfortunately they didn’t have any loaners available during that time They kept my car for a month due to insurance approvals and waiting for parts.
