Place is a scam. Add on unnecessary services and don’t tell you they are extra and optional. Was charged $2103.31 in labor for a 60k service - separate charge for every task: $400 labor for oil change, $319 labor to change air filter, $580 labor to change spark plugs, etc. On-site experience at drop off and pick up was less than impressive as well, especially as a new customer. Will not go back to Porsche Irvine. More

I dealt with Jonathan, Michael in tech support and Fabian. All were extremely polite, professional and helpful.
