i have 3 Porsches which i have now sent to this dealership for servicing. The main reason is because of the Service Advisor is very responsive, reliable, fast and helpful. This is an autonation store that charges astronomical labor for an oil change. I went in this morning, after making an appointment, and was surprised to find out an oil change is $650!!!! They are chargi labor for an oil change. I went in this morning, after making an appointment, and was surprised to find out an oil change is $650!!!! They are charging $400 in labor for an oil change! Highway robbery! I would suggest you steer clear of this dealership unless you like getting essentially stolen from for a oil change. This is a shame to the Porsche Brand and to Autonation specifically. Shame!!!! More

I really enjoyed coming here to get my vehicle serviced. I am immediately greeted and taken care of as soon as I exit my car. Throughout the day I was contacted by Porsche Irvine and kept me informed on my vehicle. I do like the videos they send going over the inspection of my vehicle. Overall, its an easy process from the beginning to the end. More

On Friday I brought my new Macan 4 (only 4 months old) in for an AC problem. I was told when I made the appointment my car would be worked that day. When I arrived the service advisor said it would not be for an AC problem. I was told when I made the appointment my car would be worked that day. When I arrived the service advisor said it would not be inspected until Monday. On Tuesday I was told they had to order a part which would arrive on Thursday. I received no update so I called Thursday afternoon and was told the part had not arrived. Again no update from service department so I called around noon and was told the part was not in. I spoke to the parts department and was told the part just arrived and since my car was waiting for service it would be worked on that day or Saturday. No update Friday, Saturday or Monday so I called Monday afternoon and was told the car would be available Wednesday. I was leaving town Wednesday AM so this was unacceptable. I finally received the car Tuesday PM. The level of service was the worst I have experienced at any dealer (No follow up, no priority for my car waiting, did not honor commitment and no apologies just excuses) More
