On Friday I brought my new Macan 4 (only 4 months old) in for an AC problem. I was told when I made the appointment my car would be worked that day. When I arrived the service advisor said it would not be for an AC problem. I was told when I made the appointment my car would be worked that day. When I arrived the service advisor said it would not be inspected until Monday. On Tuesday I was told they had to order a part which would arrive on Thursday. I received no update so I called Thursday afternoon and was told the part had not arrived. Again no update from service department so I called around noon and was told the part was not in. I spoke to the parts department and was told the part just arrived and since my car was waiting for service it would be worked on that day or Saturday. No update Friday, Saturday or Monday so I called Monday afternoon and was told the car would be available Wednesday. I was leaving town Wednesday AM so this was unacceptable. I finally received the car Tuesday PM. The level of service was the worst I have experienced at any dealer (No follow up, no priority for my car waiting, did not honor commitment and no apologies just excuses) More

Had my car checked for the issue causing engine light on. The appointment was easy to make but took a little long as they needed to secure a loaner for me. It took a week to find out the issue was caused by The appointment was easy to make but took a little long as they needed to secure a loaner for me. It took a week to find out the issue was caused by air pocket in cooling system. They fixed it for me and have the car ready the second day. The communication with service advisor was prompt and pleasant. The overall experience with job was very good. It definitely improved my overall impression about this dealership. Thanks Vincent! More

My recent experience with Jonathon Lewis the service adviser was excellent. I felt that the evaluation and recommendation was on par with an independent certified Porsche mechanic. The concern is that d adviser was excellent. I felt that the evaluation and recommendation was on par with an independent certified Porsche mechanic. The concern is that dealers always overcharge and recommend service that isn’t strictly necessary or suggest service earlier than actually needed. My feeling with John was that the service was appropriate accurate and necessary. The freshly washed car was a nice touch, but the service and the interaction is what will bring me back. More

I recently took my 718 Cayman GTS to Porsche Irvine for my 6-year maintenance service. As always, they did an outstanding job! Their service department was very backed up that day so they provided me a loaner (a Macan, which handled great and was fun to drive). Yves and the technician sent me a link to a video which showed the under-carriage inspection while the car was on the lift and the condition of each part. That was really interesting and valuable for me knowing that the technician did a thorough checkup, and it gave me assurance that the vehicle was still in tip top condition. Yves provided me ongoing statuses throughout the process, and they completed the job sooner than promised. The entire Porsche Irvine team is very professional, friendly, and experienced. My car is my baby, and I wouldn’t take it to anyone else! More

My vehicle was ready the next day. Picking up my vehicle was as easy and signing paperwork, shaking hands, and getting in my vehicle. The dealership is always so clean with good amenities. More
