I took my car there on November 20 to be serviced for an ACC fault that started popping up every time the car starts since my car was repaired at Porsche Irvine three weeks before. My service advisor made s ACC fault that started popping up every time the car starts since my car was repaired at Porsche Irvine three weeks before. My service advisor made such a big effort to fight me and tell me I’m lying and that the active fault on the car was directly my fault and I should be paying it out of pocket and not get covered under my active warranty. All this before the problem was even diagnosed by their technicians. The service advisor even went as far as bringing a technician out to talk to me to tell me I am lying and they will uncover the truth because the car has a computer that "logs everything". And what did it end up being? A problem not caused by me that got covered under warranty. The ACC sensor just needed to be recalibrated. All that arguing and disrespect to me for nothing. When they could have treated me with respect, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and let me be on my way. I will never return to Porsche Irvine for anything. I spoke to the manager after, Dan, and he was very understanding and apologetic and told me had he been treated like that he would also never return. I am still disgusted by what took place. More
