Always a great experience with Dan and his team, from taking our trade at the price promised to new sales and service. The customer interface is very friendly and professional stating with getting an appointment to vehicle drop off, service updates and pickup. The initial issue wasn't solved so they were very responsive in stating with getting an appointment to vehicle drop off, service updates and pickup. The initial issue wasn't solved so they were very responsive in getting a follow up appointment set. Due to the type of work done to the car it was not washed after the work was completed. The car was kept over night but out in the open so it wasn't very clean when I picked it up. More

Understanding the shortage of service technicians now, it did take 1.5 months to get the appointment, with a loaner car. Once I arrived, the staff was quick to attend to me and get me into the Porsche loaner did take 1.5 months to get the appointment, with a loaner car. Once I arrived, the staff was quick to attend to me and get me into the Porsche loaner. The tech was struggling to find the problem so the shop manager tested and confirmed my diagnosis. The problem was resolved the next day. Natasha was good at keeping me up to date and was very polite. One little issue was the car was returned with a blown hood strut, that I had to replace myself.
