Bought used car but got an engine light after a week. They did not provide a rental car although I asked many times due to their processes. I had to call CS and wasted much time until my car was returned. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience purchasing a used vehicle from Porsche Irvine. Our sales advisor Marius and his Sales Manager Claudiu were very helpful. After the deal closed the purchasing a used vehicle from Porsche Irvine. Our sales advisor Marius and his Sales Manager Claudiu were very helpful. After the deal closed the guys washing the car discovered a defect in the coating on the roof of the vehicle. Claudiu had it fixed and provided us a loaner vehicle while it was in the shop, all at no cost to us. Fabian in the service department was very helpful. He kept us updated on progress, and was so accommodating. The customer waiting area is very nice too - complimentary latte, water, snacks. More
