The process started off well. As an out-of-state buyer from IL, they were very responsive to my buying request for the Porsche Taycan. Although this process started in Mid-May and docs were signed at that time, as of 6-3-22, I am still waiting for the temporary registration permit that should have been overnight-ed to me after the registration documents were sent to their title company that they used to register the car in IL. I am still waiting for the temp permit and can't drive the car until I receive that. I've made a number of calls to get the a name and number for this title company so that I can source the delay in getting the temp registration, all to no avail. My interaction with my sales person was good. It's the lack of follow-through on the back end that I'm very frustrated with. More

Bought used car but got an engine light after a week.
