I my opinion Jonathon Lewis is the best Service Advisor at Porsche Irvine. He did a great job communicating with me and providing me with timely feedback about the service issues and when my car would be at Porsche Irvine. I have had several Service Advisors over the last four years and he is by far the best. Jonathon was not working on the day I picked up my car but it left instructions to make sure my car got washed and cleaned the morning when I told him I would pick it up. I arrived they brought my car to me and it had not been washed and I had to point out that it was not washed. Unfortunately, I had to leave for a meeting so the car never got washed. It was unfortunate that Jonathon did such a great job and someone dropped the ball at the very end. More

James is a class act of a service advisor and ensured a thorough coverage of care towards my car’s needs. I appreciated his regular updates on the car as well as the technicians’ video inspection. In addition, my service line item was delivered without fault. Typically, when I have historically had service on my car (always done at Porsche dealers), the car will return to me with some minor new scuff next to the seat, door foot guard trim, or on the door card itself, which is irritating as they are not the type of damages that wipe right off, no matter how minor. However, this was far from the case here at Porsche Irvine. Everything was honored by James and Denise, the car returned to me without any mishandling and the service work was performed thoroughly. It was a refreshing experience and I look forward to stopping by with James in my future service needs. More
