Selling my car to this dealer was a complete sham. They sent me a "Certified Offer" from Auto Nation. It says in small print that the price is subject to change if the car details differ when they r They sent me a "Certified Offer" from Auto Nation. It says in small print that the price is subject to change if the car details differ when they receive the car. THE CAR DETAILS DID NOT DIFFER. My car only has 26,000 miles on it and they marked it down a couple thousand due to service (which isn't due yet). They perform the service and have records that I have completed the required services as needed! They marked it down a couple thousand dollars due to this even though it wasn't part of the purchase/certified order. They wasted my time completely. They lied. In fact, in emails from Matthew, he even said they would try to get us more than the Certified Offer. They never intended to do what they said-- it's a gimmick to get you there, wear you out and hope you just take their disrespect. They had me sit there for 1 1/2 hours to come and tell me they changed the price. I will NEVER do business here. I have bought 3 Porsche vehicles and I can tell you I will never do business here again. If they valued me as a customer they wouldn't lie and waste their time. Also last month, when I purchased a 911, they wanted a high dealer fee so I went to another dealer an hour away and got a much better deal! They forget which clients were here when they started out, now they've gotten too big it's a month wait to get serviced, and they don't care about clients the same. When cars sales slow down, they will be searching for clients so hopefully they didn't treat them all this way and become too greedy. This was definitely dishonest business. I recommend going elsewhere. More
