'I've been to 3 independent Porsche shops to find out why my check engine light was on my Cayenne Diesel. 7K later and the light still on I called Porsche N.A. to complain. They sent me to Irvine Porsche. Ou my check engine light was on my Cayenne Diesel. 7K later and the light still on I called Porsche N.A. to complain. They sent me to Irvine Porsche. Out of Warranty, I was reluctant to go to a Porsche Dealer due to the perceived notion that I would be over sold and come out with a gigantic bill. I was wrong. From the get-go, I was treated to an all -perfect experience . Tom, my service writer was reassuring and pleasant to work with. The job took a few days but problem solved, the cost was lower than the estimate.. I'm a customer for life. More

My car was in for service recently, had the please working with Jon Lewis, service advisor. He's very professional & thorough in making sure all the issues were fixed & addressed properly. The only slight negative is due to parts and mechanic shortages, repairs beyond regular maintenance may require multiple visits or take over a week. More
