Went to dealer to take a look at their inventory, on Sunday the 29th of Dec, and nobody engaged with ys to ask if we had any questions or needed help. I visited this dealership with my family to look for another Cayenne for my family. This has been the worst customer experience at any car dealership I have been to. I walked around for 30 minutes and not one attendant approached us or showed us any proper service. We left soon after, deeply disappointed. The salesmen were either too lazy to get up to help us or too busy tripping over themselves trying to secure a purchase from the one other customer with quite the „eccentric“ jacket. I went here with a pre-configured order ready to go, walked in and was assigned Larry Schwartz. He basically just took my order and that's about all he was good for - he wasn't able to answer specific walked in and was assigned Larry Schwartz. The only urgency I saw from him was when my vehicle arrived early and he wanted to know when I could come and pick it up. We had worked with Mason G a year before, so if you go there to by a car, I recommend asking for him, he knows everything about the Porsche vehicles. Now for the reason for the 5 star review - Eric Ancharoff (Sales Manager) has been awesome. When I reached out with questions that Larry couldn't answer, he was extremely responsive and got me to the right person, even giving me the updates on vehicle delivery. On the day I went to pick it up, he checked in with us and was very attentive. The other person I worked with was Steve Marshalek in Finance. I was looking at different options to purchase or lease, and he was also very responsive as I tried to do what I could to make the delivery process efficient. Even after delivery, when I was trying to register for Porsche Connect, he got me in touch with the right service person to get this scheduled. More
