Despite six weeks passing, the PCM unit installation has still not been completed correctly. There have been reports of Porsche shipping 5-6 units, none of which could be programmed accurately. Furthermore, even after spending $6000 on repairs, the car was still covered in dirt when the cargo lid was opened. This is a sad reflection of the current state of America. Sadly, this appears to be a widespread problem, correct it it’s like beating a dead horse. More

Excellent experience with the service team scheduling was easy as well as rescheduling. They had no issues adapting to me shifting the week back and forth due to my schedule. Just got my 2002 Porsche Carrera A's 10,000 mile service completed (she's old enough to drink now and has 80,000+ miles on her) she got a clean bill of health and was taken care of like the queen she is.
