oil change. I went in for an oil change. I was told I would be out in 1 1/2 hours. I was asked by the person taking Brian's place (he was on vacation) that there I went in for an oil change. I was told I would be out in 1 1/2 hours. I was asked by the person taking Brian's place (he was on vacation) that there was a recall...well it really sounded like an update of the computer system. Did he want me to do it then. I said yes if I was out by noon. At 12:10 I asked when the car would be ready as I had an appointment downtown at 1:00 pm. He said momentarily. At 12:30 I said I had to leave....The car was brought to me SOAKING WET....I said to the gentleman who brought the car that that was not acceptable and it had to be dried off. He was very pleasant, went to get the appropriate materials and dried the car. The man taking Brian's place was very nice but I was annoyed at the length of time I had to wait and then get a soaking wet car. Otherwise life is grand and I ADORE my car. More

Oil change It was my first service experience so I was a little unclear on the procedure, but Brian found me and all was good. Because it was my first service, I was surprised at the cost of an oil change. Can't wait to see the real service. I guess as my husband told me, Welcome to Porsche world. I was the first to arrive for service so I got to pick what was on the tv. Ha, loved that! I chose HGTV and then felt sorry for the man who came in after me and was stuck watching it too. He spent most of his time outside on his phone so he really didn't care. I like the tv, the Kuerig coffee machine, the his and hers bathrooms, and that the waiting area was small and cozy without a crowd of people. Oh, the car wash- nice touch, you should offer a free one at least once a month. =] More

Late on a Sunday evening, my wife smelled "something hot" in her 2013 Cayenne. She drives 110 miles round trip most days to work and was reluctant to drive it. She took another car to work and I called Brian( Rogers) at the service department about 7:30am Monday morning. He answered right away! I told him the problem and he said "bring it in". I needed a loaner vehicle for other appointments that day, and he said "no problem". They looked at the car and were finished about 10:30am, but I was already at appointments. He was going to be there until 6:00pm, but I didn't think I could get back by 6:00pm to exchange. He said "no problem, I'll let Steve (Postol) know you're coming later and he can take care of checking you in". Steve handled the paperwork and I was out in several minutes. This is the type of service that sets a dealership apart from others! More
