First oil change for my Macan which was complimentary. Drop off process and pick up of loaner vehicle was smooth and efficient. Vehicle was cleaned and washed at the end of the day. Very Dirty Service Inside: black, greasy footprints on the floor mats, black fingerprints on the headliner and doors. Outside: oil on all fenders. Many specks of something all over the top side, like from an overspray of clear coat or paint protector. Washing the car didn't remove the specks, which have hardened into something like a clear paint or plastic. No resolution or follow-up on the main service issue, which is safety related. Why would I want to return to this dealership? More

Service acceptable but post-service deplorable. Although I continue to feel that Porsche service is too expensive, the work done was acceptable and my contacts at the dealership (Mr. Rogers) were bo Although I continue to feel that Porsche service is too expensive, the work done was acceptable and my contacts at the dealership (Mr. Rogers) were both friendly and helpful. Delivery of my vehicle was deplorable as it looked much better before service than after. The work done by the 'lot person' was poor - wash swirl marks, dirty/spotty windows (outside), and non-adjusted mirrors and clock. Ensures that next time I have service done there I will specifically request that the auto not be washed after service. Very poor. I do not wish a call back on my comments. More

I have had only great service experiences. My last visit, to install front-end protection on my GT3, I got stuck in traffice returning to pick up my car. Brian called at six (closing time). I said that I'd be late and he said "no problem I'll wait for you." A great experience. More
