The staff is very friendly. Like most other establishments, some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. There wasn’t any room to negotiate pricing, but I kind of expected that with a establishments, some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. There wasn’t any room to negotiate pricing, but I kind of expected that with a product line like Porsche. The paperwork was surprisingly simple and straight forward. I did not feel any pressure to purchase additional warranty packages. My only comment for improvement is that the staff rarely returned my phone calls or texts.
