Edward Hahn was the senior sales specialist that I had interacted with in the process and right from the day I walked in till the time I took my car out for delivery, he made sure I was very comfortable and clarified all my queries. All through the process it was the quality of experience that eventually made me buy this vehicle. Truly all credit goes to Edward and other folks that I interacted with in this process. It was amazing to see when he walked us over to the services team and introduced us to the folks who will take care of the car in future. It was great to see a seamless transition from sales to service. Be it choosing the right vehicle or working through financials, the Hoffman team came across very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They took my needs and worked out various scenarios to make this buy process a nice experience. It was a great experience. If it was not Edward and his professional nature, I would have explored other dealership options but right from day 1 I started feeling comfortable as he was not pushy and had mutual respect for each others views and needs!
