Great service experience over past 4 years @ Hoffman Porsche I've been bringing my 2011 Panamera 4 to Hoffman Porsche since it was new and the service department there has been excellent. At then end of its lea I've been bringing my 2011 Panamera 4 to Hoffman Porsche since it was new and the service department there has been excellent. At then end of its lease, I decided to buy the car outright (a decision that certainly was influenced by my great service experiences at Hoffman Porsche). My prior cars have been BMWs (3) and a Jaguar and Hoffman Porsche's service department is far and away the best. Unlike the BMW service areas I dealt with for nine years (three 3-year leases) which were always a madhouse of waiting in lines to see a service person followed by waiting in lines to pay the bill, at Hoffman Porsche I'm always greeted by an available service person (Lou H. is my main guy) and over four years I have never had to wait to see him, ever. And very noticable is the lack of turnover in the service staff there, which was not the case at the Jaguar dealership. I see the same service and sales faces at Hoffman Porsche every time I go there, and, importantly, they are all Car Guys. Of course they are Porsche fans, but they are very on top of car news and racing news and I really enjoy chatting with them whenever I'm in there. They always provide a service loaner which is very convenient. And my service work is always done on time. So I highly recommend them. Five stars. More

The rating above is based on the results of the worked I requested. After an all-night trip from South America, Ethan greeted me with the car ready with the performance upgrades. I was wondering how I'd be able to tell the difference the work made. My jaw dropped when he started my car. That's all I can say. Also, the problem with the 9500ci's wiring has not resurfaced since. I had recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Cayenne from Hoffman for thanksgiving and felt compelled that I must write a review on my experience. Edward Hahn was the senior sales specialist that I had inter Hoffman for thanksgiving and felt compelled that I must write a review on my experience. Edward Hahn was the senior sales specialist that I had interacted with in the process and right from the day I walked in till the time I took my car out for delivery, he made sure I was very comfortable and clarified all my queries. All through the process it was the quality of experience that eventually made me buy this vehicle. Truly all credit goes to Edward and other folks that I interacted with in this process. It was amazing to see when he walked us over to the services team and introduced us to the folks who will take care of the car in future. It was great to see a seamless transition from sales to service. Be it choosing the right vehicle or working through financials, the Hoffman team came across very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They took my needs and worked out various scenarios to make this buy process a nice experience. It was a great experience. If it was not Edward and his professional nature, I would have explored other dealership options but right from day 1 I started feeling comfortable as he was not pushy and had mutual respect for each others views and needs! Overall the entire team at Hoffman that I interacted with was very hospitable and you get a feeling that you are at a lounge and not a showroom! I am glad that I purchased my vehicle here.
