Ethan Gombossy in Hoffman Porsche's Service team couldn't have been more pleasant and came right outside and diagnosed the issue. He had a service tech come take the care right away and they fixed the issue immediately. The service tech, Roland, was also great and happy to talk to me about the issue I was having. I was out of there in about 20 minutes, which was great! This is just the latest example of the great service experiences I've had with Lou, Ethan and the whole Hoffman Porsche Service team over the four years that I've been a Porsche customer. These great service experiences were a driving reason for my decision to replace my Porsche Panamera with another Panamera. Five stars. More
