I was devistated not only at the fact I fell in love with the car but it is the only car I have. I just wasnt expecting this to happen. However in the grand scheme of things Lou Haddad a representative at Porsche helped me to get a rental and helped me through this ordeal keep in mind my car was not porsche certified and I didnt purchase the car from there. The level of customer service is unreal and beyond normal. The level of human compasion is of that of a family member. The level of empathy displayed should be a model for all American business. I looked at several Corvettes in Chevy dealership and the sales people knew hardly anything about the car, other than it's fast and expensive. I am a BMW owner and shopped for an M4. Again, I was surprised how little they know about the cars technically. My sense is you wouldn't tolerate such ignorance at your dealership. Edward knows his cars and was very helpful in discussing my Porsche. He also knew the background of the car which was reassuring as I contemplated my decision. More
