Excellent sales service for the second time around Bought my first Porsche at the end of 2015 from Edward and the service provided was excellent. Edward said we'd be back for more and sure enough six Bought my first Porsche at the end of 2015 from Edward and the service provided was excellent. Edward said we'd be back for more and sure enough six months later we were. Tried to avoid it but Edward was persistent in letting us know about the new 718 and that we really ought to come take a look. Sure enough we ended up buying the model we test drove. Edward made sure to secure a good deal with the trade-in and make sure the car was ready to go when we finally managed to get in to pick it up. All around excellent sales service, quality of response when there were a few teething problems (which there always are with a new vehicle) and follow up. If we 'need' a third Porsche we'll be definitely returning to Hoffman and to Edward. More

Porsche's CPO program is excellent, but key to that program's success is the quality of service you get at Hoffman Porsche. My service advisor Lou Haddad is the best. Very knowledgeable of the cars, always delivers on his promises, and seems to work 24/7, as I don't think I've ever called or stopped by the dealership and Lou was not there. More
