Excellent sales service for the second time around Bought my first Porsche at the end of 2015 from Edward and the service provided was excellent. Tried to avoid it but Edward was persistent in letting us know about the new 718 and that we really ought to come take a look. Sure enough we ended up buying the model we test drove. Edward made sure to secure a good deal with the trade-in and make sure the car was ready to go when we finally managed to get in to pick it up. All around excellent sales service, quality of response when there were a few teething problems (which there always are with a new vehicle) and follow up. If we 'need' a third Porsche we'll be definitely returning to Hoffman and to Edward. More

Porsche's CPO program is excellent, but key to that program's success is the quality of service you get at Hoffman Porsche. My service advisor Lou Haddad is the best. Very knowledgeable of the cars, always delivers on his promises, and seems to work 24/7, as I don't think I've ever called or stopped by the dealership and Lou was not there. More

Oil Change & Detail Appointment. I arrived early for my appointment, but Lou started the paperwork & had me on the road before my actual appointment time of 7:30am. I got a call that the car was ready 2 hrs. earlier than planned & I picked it up around 1pm.. The car that I brought in for detailing was not clean. Dropped the ball twice This is just a quick review. I called the dealership a few times because they had a beautiful Land Rover in their inventory. I spoke to Edward a few times who was very friendly. The last time I spoke to Edward he was asking me, what could he do to get me into the car. I told him what we needed as far as our trade and the interest rate we were getting, the price we were paying and he promised to call me back to let me know where they stood. He didn't. The very next day I called back and spoke to the sales manager, who took all the information from me, told him what I had discussed with Edward, told him I was waiting for a call back and he promised to look into the information for me as well and get back to me. None of them returned the call. In the sales business its important that you keep your word. Thats all. If you say you're going to call a potential customer back, call them back. Have integrity. Keep your word, even if the customer doesn't choose you. You can't always win every sale, but now this is the memory I'll have of that dealership. Is it the end of the world? NO, but it is what it is. Pleasant guys all around, just should have seen it through. Who knows how it would have turned out. More
