Extreme Professionalism Recently as a company perk I was given the use of a 2015 Porsche Carrera 911 for a month. Unfortunately after 10 days the power steering failed. It was recommended by my company to contact Hoffman Porsche of East Hartord to help service the problem. It was absolutely the right decision. The person who I dealt with in service was a gentlemen by the name of Lou. He was fantastic. Helped me get the vehicle to the dealership,was in constant contact with me concerning the problem and had everything resolved and the car back to me in a very timely manner. He was extremely professional in his manner and did whatever he could do to get the car back in my hands. Hats off to Lou! More
