Having a 4 and a 2 year old can make any situation, requiring even the slightest need for planning, a bit touch and go. It came as no surprise to us that we missed our appointment over the weekend. Michael, without hesitation, offered to bring the vehicle to us during the week. This worked out beautifully because we now had a lot less preparation to do on our end. The only time we actually stepped foot into the dealership was to finalize the paperwork since Michael would be personally delivering the vehicle once ready. There was slight delay with the reconditioning, but this was a non-issue for a couple of reasons, but most notably due to the trust built in such a short time by Mr. Govias—we knew without a doubt that he was monitoring the situation. The cherry on top actually came several days after completing the purchase when Michael personally drove out to our house to surprise Kacey with a birthday gift. He even thought of our little ones so they wouldn’t feel left out…incredible. Most purchases across various industries have become or are becoming commodified, so this was a very appreciated deviation from the norm. Timely follow up, ease of buying, and exceptionally personalized service made for a world class experience. Thank you Michael and thank you Avondale, we are now customers for life!
