Professional and easy to work with.. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership, and I was fortunate enough to have Alex as my salesman. My experience started A couple of weeks ago I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership, and I was fortunate enough to have Alex as my salesman. My experience started off great when I received a response to my email to the dealership. What was exceptional about that response is that it came late in the evening, the dealership must have been closed??? I'm from California and with the time difference I didn't expect a response until the next day, but as I mentioned Alex responded that evening stating that he would research the information I needed and respond the next day. He responded the next day as promised and always returned my calls, text or emails, if he was unavailable. Alex understood the challenges to purchasing a car from 2000 miles away and was patient with all of my questions and requests. The entire process ran extremely well. What was refreshing is that Alex didn't try to over-sell himself or the car. He didn't start off by calling me by my first name (which I hate is business transactions), just for the purpose of acting like we were old friends. He kept it professional, yet friendly.
