Best Auto Purchase Experience I was car shopping for about a week when I saw the Infiniti that I was looking for posted in Park Place Porsche’s Grapevine pre-owned inventory. I contacted Scott Miller, Sales Manager, and he facilitated my viewing and test drive of the vehicle. This has, by far, been my smoothest and easiest car purchase experience. The facility is clean, beautiful and everyone there makes you feel welcome. Scott even took the time to show us some of the racing Porsche vehicles that they have on display and happlity answered our questions about them. Also, I was in a rental vehicle since my old car was in the shop and Scott picked me up at the rental agency and took me to the dealership so that I could pick up my new car. For that I am very grateful. I also have to mention Alex who spoke with us at length about Porsche vehicles and a number of other entertaining topics. Prior to this visit I always felt ignore I've purchased quite a few cars over the years but my experience at Porsche was hands down the best I've had. Prior to this visit I always felt ignored at dealerships because I wasnt coming to buy the newest most expensive car, but Paul Kim and the entire sales staff I dealt with treated me the same as someone coming in the buy a $200,000 dollar car. My wife and daughter were treated just as good, and Luke went out of his way to drop them back off at my wifes work while I stayed to finish the paperwork. They also let me test drive a Porsche, which has been my dream since I was a kid. All in all, they have made a customer for life. More
