Purchased a new Macan on 10/14/23 with the help of Salesperson, Bobby Lopez. He was absolutely phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. In fact, it was due to h Salesperson, Bobby Lopez. He was absolutely phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. In fact, it was due to his expertise, demeanor, and professional help, I was convinced to buy this Macan. Additionally, he went above and beyond to ensure the deal went through by working so hard and getting the car detailed to perfection for a picky person like myself. I have bought over 52 luxury cars since 2017 and this by far was the BEST car buying experience and Bobby was the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous salesperson. Finally, he promptly followed up to check on me and how I am liking the car and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction! Nowadays, with the advent of online car buying, it is rare to get such a personable sales experience. Porsche Grapevine is truly lucky to have such a professional salesperson! Kudos to you Bobby!!! And thank you for from me and my wife! We appreciate you very much and want to buy another one, especially from you in the future.
